The project scope included:
Assisting the Sub-Council’s Area Co-Ordinating Teams with The Mayoral Urban Regeneration Programme (MURP) methodology in the delivery of:
- Community profiling;
- Stakeholder/community engagement and facilitation;
- Baseline surveys;
- Crime mapping, and audits of public and business facilities;
- Community action plans (CAPs); and
- Annual review, monitoring, and evaluating processes.
