Busisiwe has 9 years of work experience participating in various community facilitation and community survey projects, in both the capacity of project manager and providing project support.

She has participated in the following projects:

• Bardale Low-Cost Housing Project,
• Consumer Satisfaction and Service related research surveys for the City of Cape Town,
• Mayoral Urban Regeneration Programme (MURP) Perception Survey (Conducting baseline surveys in communities)

Her areas of expertise include Facilitation, Project Management, Client Liaison and Planning, and Organization. She also has experience with the development of survey tools for informal and formal households, the training and management of field-workers, in relation to the content of the survey questionnaire, how to conduct themselves during interviews, and how to use the Mobenzi and Survey 12 system when conducting door to door surveys.
