Thandokazi has 3 years of work experience as a project coordinator and facilitator. 

She has participated in a number of community survey projects where her role has involved, participating in the planning and scoping for the project, providing project support, revising questionnaires, programming questionnaires electronically, training field workers, and implementation of the project. She also has experience with management of project data, which includes data collection and capture.

She has been involved in the following projects:
