The aim of the Ocean View Community CAP Review was to ensure that efficient service delivery and negotiable development priorities were discussed and developed with the input of the community.
The project scope included:
- Facilitation of the workshop with the input of the communities and line department;
- Compilation of the overall workshop report, highlighting the relevant interventions that were negotiated with the communities and which should be incorporated into the Community Action Plan;
- Provision of translation services and the interpretation of complex concepts (from English to Afrikaans and vice versa) at the workshops.
